Small steps bro! If you were comfortable with socializing before and now you feel you can't because of depression - you will have to work through depression first. Sounds tough, but that's the reality of it. Small steps through everything, you can do it. Don't be so hard on yourself - if you hate yourself for every thing you didn't do or did wrong, you might actually be the one causing the depression. Congratulate yourself on things you do right (learn to recognize those, as its super easy to mi…

What would you say is a good reward? Do you still keep the boundaries in mind when rewarding?

So what's the reason for being here then?

A week or so, however I read that it takes about 2 weeks to bring the testosterone levels back to normal after the release.

Be mindful of the rejection option: do not lose the frame if she says no. Imagine it's your friend saying no to your invitation to go out - no big deal. But at the same time DO NOT HOPE for her to say yes - you know she will, so why worry? It's you who's awesome.

It's a quick tip. It's not a rule that everyone should abide by or something everyone should have in their arsenal. There will always be people who are more experienced and there will always be absolute beginners, and the experience comes from trying all the different things and seeing what works better.

It is the mindset and the frame that you should have - there was no implication that you shouldn't talk. Just be in that state when talking. Talk slower (if you noticed, Mystery talks that way) - that will actually make you seem more powerful, pay attention to the moment yet don't concentrate on one thing. It's a bit hard to explain, but the more you try doing it, the more apt you'll be.

Portray confidence and the look that you're chilling/enjoying the time and place. Feel that you OWN the moment. You're the radiant king of the Now; nothing can phase you and you're there to share that aura of energy with people around you. Not a goofy type of high energy - perhaps that is the issue?

Congratulations on the progress! I'd just like to point out that this isn't much of a field report, more of a generalized summary. Field reports are exactly what they are - recounting of the events (detailed or slightly less) that took place that night up to the point of culmination. Keep going!

Ah, alright man, thanks. That actually answers my question; I thought there might be some humorous offshoots, I love satire.

You piqued my interest. Can you tell me what are those offshoots?

Remember that advice a couple of days back? BREATHE. Take a deep breath, think not of the ways to eat your food, but how awesome it tastes. AND a pleasant conversation. Carry those notions along together at once, since you're there to do both at once. Enjoy them both and you'll find the balance. Who gives a shit what anyone thinks of the ways you eat? And if they do, you're definitely better off without them. A true alpha doesn't need anyone's approval because he's confident in what he does.

Sweet, thanks for that! Yeah, incorporating sexual topics into my conversations in an objective way is what i'll be working on these days. It kinda feels off doing that, perhaps my confidence is still not at the necessary level. I'm amazed that i can keep a conversation going really well nowadays - i could barely come up with any topics and tie 2 sentences together not too long ago and now it's just awesome banter every time i meet new girls or even people in general. Thanks for the pointers, mu…

I'd like to ask, how does one make their conversation sexual/start talking about topics related to sex? I find this is one of my biggest problems right now. Keeping the conversation going is not hard, but how to incorporate sexual themes into your conversation less abruptly? For instance, how did it get to her talking about her slutty experiences and how did you tease her?

Could you please clarify what is that "cube" you're talking about?

So you keep on waiting for something extraordinary to happen so you can start doing things? Seriously, you just do things no matter how you feel about them. And then after you asses the damage/success. Don't estimate the outcome beforehand because it's the real hindrance.

What is the proper way to escalate sexually? i find this is my biggest problem now. I have no problem shooting shit with girls, casual kino isn't hard (how do you escalate into heavier kino, though?), approaching is much easier now, but i'm quite clueless as to how I can escalate sexually, let the girl consider me as a sexual object and not just a fun person only.

I'd say typically yes (not too large though), the people without them tend to look like dweebs. Though your hairstyle also plays a role in it.

I, for one, would definitely like to see the chat chat logs and other insightful tips. I do believe they are quite useful, even with subjectivity in mind, ie. it's good to know a female point of view, even if I don't agree on some of the things.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
