| – | Okay folks, we need a thread on not getting quickly attachedThis sounds good in theory, but as guys I feel like we’re thick headed. How do we know if we’re getting the right vibe? Yes obviously I’d you’re touching her thighs or are reallly up close then the energy’s probably right, but until then I feel like when I’m on a date all I’m thinking about is getting to that point. The pressure just builds. | /r/seduction | 17/02/20 07:39 AM |
| 13 | I've read a lot of books, and most were useless. But these 3 have helped me the most: 'Models' by Mark Manson, 'How To Win Friends And Influence People' by Dale Carnegie, and 'Way Of The Superior Man' by David Deida. If I had to start again, I'd just read and revise these books, and ignore the rest.Six Pillars probably isn't going to make you a master seducer because it's not meant to do that, but I found it to be very foundation for accepting yourself more, being more happy with yourself, feeling more in control of your life. If you ever sometimes feel like you can achieve anything, while other times feeling helpless and less confident, that's what this book is meant to help address. For example a lot of self help books is talking about how to establish good habits, building a good life, … | /r/seduction | 12/02/20 08:27 PM |

I’ve read models and no more mr nice guy, haven’t read the others in this post. While models is great and talks about being non needy and having a interesting life, I think the six pillars is more foundational. It’s hard to do what it says in models if you don’t know how to love yourself in my opinion. | /r/seduction | 12/02/20 06:42 PM |
| – | [deleted by user]How does this work in real life? I know it’s a movie but let’s take Ryan Gossling in crazy stupid love. When he approaches he seems laid back, lackadaisical. Probably similar to what you’re saying. But in real life for me at least I need to be a little more energized to want to go to a bar or club, to have fun and to approach women. So it feels like to me the whole be bored and just have fun and have high energy are conflicting. | /r/seduction | 11/02/20 08:20 PM |
| – | [deleted by user]Thanks! As a follow up, how exactly do you express your sexual attraction? I absolutely need to work on kino, but when you’ve just met a girl randomly at a bar outside of immediately saying hey you look good, how do you establish that? And yea I don’t want to change my personality too much, but I’ve come to realize a lot of my personality was driven by people pleasing and wanting others to like me so I feel like I still need to develop who I really am. | /r/seduction | 06/02/20 08:41 PM |
| – | [deleted by user]I know everyone says workout but do you think the idea to get jacked to the point where people can notice you workout with clothes on? So I’m a realllly skinny guy naturally, I’m about 165lbs now and before working out I was about 125. The problem is that I look slim/fit, but with clothes on I’m not exactly screaming oh he must workout his arms are huge. | /r/seduction | 06/02/20 08:38 PM |
| 2 | [deleted by user]Don’t beat yourself up man! My AA has increased as well. I work a pretty anti social job as an engineer, and when I was with my gf for about 2 years I completely stopped approaching. Prior to her I was just getting into seduction and approaching, then 2 years later I could not have felt weirder doing it. You got this! | /r/seduction | 28/01/20 05:49 PM |
| 2 | Stop Watching PornAt the end of models it tells you to work on approaching and yourself simultaneously. You’ll never stop working on yourself. | /r/seduction | 12/11/19 09:46 PM |
| – | [deleted by user]So how exactly would you approach a random girl on the street or at a bar with the intention of just friendship out of curiosity? | /r/seduction | 07/09/19 03:16 AM |
| – | [deleted by user]Did breaking up end up being the right decision for you? | /r/seduction | 06/09/19 03:34 PM |
| – | Takes 24 hours to reply? Do I stop texting or wait 24 hours? This is an extreme hypothetical example, but what if she texts you every day "how was your day?". Do you literally ignore all of those? | /r/seduction | 07/06/17 09:19 PM |
| – | Girls online won't even talk to me. Do I have hope approaching in person?I assume there are those who don't need the additional numbers from online dating. I'm not saying I'm one of them, but if you're killing it somewhere like NYC then sure why not. My main point is that just because you can't get a date on tinder doesn't mean you would fail in real life, not the merits of using online apps. | /r/seduction | 01/06/17 12:17 AM |
| – | Girls online won't even talk to me. Do I have hope approaching in person?Let me clarify: I'm not saying not to use online apps. It's a numbers game sometimes I totally agree. It's absolutely low hanging fruit you fix up your pics and you max out your swipes and hope for the best. But not getting hits on tinder absolutely should not discourage you from real life. | /r/seduction | 31/05/17 11:38 PM |
| – | Girls online won't even talk to me. Do I have hope approaching in person?Online is honestly harder unless you really stand out in my opinion. At least in real life you have a chance to show you're different than others by being confident and approaching. Everyone can swipe right. | /r/seduction | 31/05/17 05:43 AM |
| 1 | How long did it take to get good?Yea that'd be a great post for you to make. Luckily, my ego's been shattered so hopefully I get molded correctly. Also what did you think the learning curve was like? Sure I get the biggest advice probably is inner game, get your shit together and gain confidence, work out, etc... But in terms of actually getting good at say asking a girl out, having good dates, being able to escalate, closing. Did you feel that after doing it for a certain number of times things just clicked or was it gradual? | /r/seduction | 17/05/17 06:27 AM |
| – | How long did it take to get good?Is there a post with some of the mistakes? I saw your advice for younger people which I really liked btw. Also any recommended readings for newbies? I've universally heard good things about no more mr nice guy and models. | /r/seduction | 16/05/17 11:09 PM |
| – | Get a rid of approach anxietyHow do you frame your mind like that if you don't know anything about the person? Sure you can live an exciting life but maybe she has no common interests with you at all. | /r/seduction | 29/04/17 07:12 PM |
| 17 | Give her spaceAgree 100% with what you said. Ruined something because I got clingy and needy. Initially, I thought she was too invested always texting. And when it ended, I realized it was me, and how my life was stagnating and I let her become my source of happiness. Wish I realized this earlier. | /r/seduction | 29/04/17 07:04 AM |
