| 1 | DifferenceWell approaching at night is just more socially acceptable, I'm assuming you do it at bars/clubs etc. Girls out at night expect to be hit on. Approaching in the day time feels weird because it is, it's very uncommon. I've had a similar issue and the only way I could overcome it was to just start approaching during the day more, as much as at night. | 1 | Tip: Find a bar or restaurant that has attractive female waitresses/bartenders, become a regular there and get to know the staff, and take your dates there.This is great advice. I would also add that getting to know bouncers at that place that can let you cut in front of the line on busy Fri/Sat nights works like magic. I can't tell you how much girls are impressed when you can get in without waiting in line. I also simply go to the same place and make a point of getting to know them and ask them how I can get in next time cutting the line. It's usually $5-10. Reason is I find outrageous openers are a hit or miss. Meaning either the girl is going to LOVE it or she is going to HATE it.
