Conservative, although with some libertarian leanings. I'm not so much "anti-feminist" as I am "anti anyone who talks crap." I believe in rationalism over emotionalism, and find that progressives do poorly in that regard. I've known and respected a couple of liberals that I respect, but they were intelligent and didn't think in simplistic slogans.

Exactly. Youtube is the great equaliser. Anyone can post a video on any topic. Stuff related to electronics, computers and carpentry is dominated by men. The logical conclusion is that more men are interested in those fields than women.

"Quick, we're facing blowback, time to back-pedal and claim that we didn't really mean what we said." "I recommend researching the movement". When someone says that I know that they're talking out of their arse. It's a fob-off. My response is invariably "The onus is on you to support your argument, not for me to 'do some research'."

Seems like a pretty toothless law. Yip. Bung in a bit of "natural herb extracts" to differentiate it for women and claim that the higher price is due to the extra R&D that went into coming up with a product that is specially formulated for the needs of women. Be sure to leave out the part about it's what the market will bear. Apart from the cynicism, I don't know why women's products costs more. Having said that ... my mum spends over £20 for a haircut. My dad spends £8, 'cause he's a pensioner.…

They bought a new one out, spelling out what consent meant. The first one on the list was "Enthusiastic". I'm British. Being enthusiastic is not really one of our national traits. Our proclivities tend more towards sardonic wit. And football hooliganism. A pic of a newer poster, and discussion, is here (from 2015): https://www.thefire.org/consent-at-coastal-carolina-must-be-enthusiastic-sober/ The article notes: According to Coastal Carolina University, sex is only consensual if both parties are…

I'm imagining the meeting at the ad execs office, figuring out what they're looking for in the male mode. "We need to find a kind of everyman. With a touch of Elliot Rodger, but more attractive. More mainstream, average guy at college, but similar enough that you get the subliminal message. I know, let's get him looking directly at the camera. And we'll have his mouth covered, so he displays less emotion. That's sure to convey the message that he has ulterior motives. And what shall we call him?…

Suppose a woman drinks one unit of alcohol. Is she capable of giving consent? How about 5 units of alcohol? Or 10. How about a teaspoonful? And if the woman can argue diminished responsibility, then why can't the man? I've been propositioned by a drunk woman. I was sober, and I declined. Imagine if I had gone through with it and she regretted her decision in the morning. Remember, she propositioned me. I could have been held accountable for her decision. Frightening thought.

One guy writes: "Alright I'm missing context, why is she getting breast reduction?" Someone (FtM, I think) responds: "You don't need the context. Her body, her choice.", getting 241 likes. "sorry man, bzt im pretty sure thats a guy who tried to catfish you..." Maybe. But a better strategy would have been be to invite him for a MMF threesome. When you turn up, there's a distinct lack of an F. "She had to take her ailing mother to hospital", or something. If you're a convincing tranny, then you can try to pick up men and convince them to have a blindfolded blowjob. I agree that it is unethical for a married man to seek a bit of extracurricular. But it's also none of my business. I won't say "good luck to him", but neither would I go on a moral crusade, as it would say as much about how fucked up I was in the head as it would about his inability to keep his business clean.

My own view is that the use of the word "patriarchy" is used to create division. In the UK the PM is a woman, and until recently the queen was head of state. Does that mean that the UK is actually a matriarchy? I doubt that many would argue that. Also, feminists tend to talk about "the patriarchy" like it's one homogenous unit; like there's some secret handshake that is given only to boys on their 15th birthday, or something. I think it's more accurate to say that big societies have a number of …

Going back a few years now, there were UK comedians Reeves and Mortimer. They did these sketches of two Northern blokes. "There's nowt wrong with a man wearing a bra". Roll on 2022 and Calvin Klein ... "this, but unironically" as the saying goes. My God, they even have the man standing behind the woman, hunched forward and shorter. He looks like he's secretly sniffing her, or something.

Grey is for men but not women I guarantee you that men don't like getting old either. I worked as a programmer, which is seen as the preserve of the young. I'm pretty much on the scrap heap. But you don't see me kvetching about it. There aren't national articles written about how I'm such a great programmer and can't get a job because of ageism. I don't know much about the website. Millennial Britney Spears saw sex as liberating Was that before or after her meltdown? It's a rhetorical question, of course, where my real meaning is that we shouldn't pay much attention to whatever drivel comes out of her mouth. OK, but enough with my ad hominem attacks ... If anything, she's an object lesson as to why unfettered liberality isn't a great idea. She's also going to have to qualify in what way she saw sex as "liberating". What does that actually mean? "Being able to share and not be ashamed of our body count is empowering women." Zero accountability, zero wisdom, just as we've come to expect. "Empowerment" to feminists means consequence-free actions. This is the new world order that Progressivists advocate. My man Hesiod is spittin' out the straight facts here. The very creation of women was set as a punishment to man because Prometheus, son of Iapetos, tried to trick Zeus into eating bones and then, with the tube of a fennel, steals fire to give to mankind. Zeus then proclaimed, "To set against the fire I shall give them an affliction in which they will all delight as they embrace their own misfortune." https://www.123helpme.com/essay/The-Role-of-Women-in-Hesiods-Theogony-109416

In order to attempt to maintain an adult relationship I don't think that will happen due to the bad faith of the opposite party. Your best bet is to disengage as much as possible. I don't know if this is possible, but tell your parents that you will only see them if it's without your sisters presence. And stop justifying yourself to your sisters. In 2005, Scotland introduced the Breastfeeding Act. Yep. It's actually a thing. Subject to subsection (2), it is an offence deliberately to prevent or stop a person in charge of a child from feeding milk to that child in a public place or on licensed premises. So, a woman could breastfeed a baby in a restaurant, and it's actually a criminal offence to stop her. Bon appetit.

I'm actually shocked that Bill Gates is getting divorced. I don't know jack, of course, but Gates just didn't seem the type that would get divorced. I saw a vid on YouTube that women think that 80% of men are unattractive. The rise of feminism and social media has led, I think, to a kind of polarisation in men's sexual desirability. As a man, you're in one of either two camps: the bulk of men are in a seller's market, whereby they beg for some scrap of affection from a woman. The other is a very slim slice of "Chads", highly desirable men, where there is a buyer's market. The Chads are overwhelmed by choice, who can choose the best women, re…

I think you're right. It's a dynamic that seems to build up in organisations that claim high moral ground. A pecking order is formed in which the "holier" reign over the less holy. The unworthies are shouted down for not being of the true faith, and eventually leave. What you end up with is an extremely toxic environment where only the most rabidly insane doctrines are tolerated, whilst still claiming to be "inclusive".

Toxic man: Jim Preston in "Passengers," woke up a woman and sentenced her to death just because he liked her. Actually, in the film, the man engaged in a protracted internal ethical battle before deciding to wake her up. To call him "toxic" is moronic. Narcissists know how to sniff a victim out really well. I wonder how many people settle for "consolation prizes", only to eventually realise that it's not what they wanted either.

Very interesting. Thanks for posting. Gets a thumbs up from me. Some highlights: she mentioned that some of the matches were basically requests for follows on Instagram. she was demoralised. This! Yes, I've heard that from men before. Tinder is soul-crushing for men, unless you're an absolute Chad. (Even then, being Asian will likely be a deal-breaker) women are really lazy conversationalists, and expect men to carry it

She says that she was being general Sounds like she was being quite specific to me. this entire time she thought she was above me. This is the paradox of Feminism. On a visceral level, women want to date men who are better than them (for whatever value of "better"). Now that women are the equal of men, they have few to look up to. Feminism has created a world of unhappy men and women. What have we learned from all this and elsewhere? Answer: never date a feminist, never date a woman who earns mo…

I think the real trick is to strike whilst the iron is hot. Protracted conversations online invariably fizzle out into inaction. Have a quick back-and-forth, then seize the initiative and try to arrange a meet. Don't let the convo drag on indefinitely, that's a surely waste of time for both parties. Sometimes things will fizzle out, but rekindle some time later. That's OK, too, and your cue to arrange a meet. As they say in sales: ABC, Always Be Closing.

One theory that I've bought into is "blackpill". This says that both red and blue pills are wrong. A woman is attracted to your looks, end of. No amount of "game" or simpery can change that. Of course women will marry a man for money and status, but that doesn't mean she's attracted to them.

Lol. She wants it bad. My own take on the debate is: both sides are right, even though I'm making a logical contradiction. Looking at a site like Tubecrush made me realise that women were into men with strong physiques, despite them being mediocre facially. But there's definite trade-offs involved. So, as to the question are face or strength more important to a woman, the answer is "yes". To put it less cryptically, if you put a gun to my head and asked me to say which one women thought was the …

Ah yes, the ol' "but they [men] get intimidated". She's looking for someone who is career-driven and her intellectual equal. The problem is, the higher you go, the thinner the oxygen is. Working 70 hours a week just adds to the difficulty. Tbh, she'd be better off looking for a good-looking guy of at least average intelligence who is a loving companion. I've seen this a few times on this subreddit now. Women can be "smart", but that doesn't necessarily mean they "get" it.

Once they pass my prelim filters they may get to be in my orbit. Aha! Found the problem right there. If your personality gives off high maintenance vibes the number of men in that pool goes down even more. Exactly! Women these days have been fed a steady diet of bullshit (through Feminism, media and other sources), and their perceptions are skewed from reality. At the end of the day, she doesn't respect men, and the best she can hope for is some simp that she will soon despise.

This is the second time that I've heard that men in their 50's have so many options compared to women in their 50's. Is that actually true? Fair enough, I guess, but most men aren't Chads. And I bet the older Chads have plenty of options when it comes to women younger than him. "I am too old to be ch…

I've talked to a lot of bi guys. The upshot is that men are vastly easier to meet and have sex with. But they generally lack the emotional bonding that you'd get with a woman. You stop looking down on women rather quick once you understand that evolution made you, the manTM, an expendable vessel for genetic experiments. Define "loser", though. Isn't it just a generic term for a guy that pisses off a woman, farts in bed, or fails to meet some other expectation? It's a wholesale write-off of someone. Bill Burr has many good things to say about relationships. Louis CK, though, nailed it when he said "Women give each other shitty advice." Women are supportive of each other, which is fine as far as it goes, but often lacks the reality check to keep things grounded. It's all too easy to fuel narcissism and that it's always the guy's fault, who is, after all, just a douchebag pigdog. This is not the way you build relationships, it's the way you destroy them.

As the saying goes, it's called "gay" for a reason. There's another thread on here which was about Tinder, where I said the men were more like performing seals. No disrespect intended. Basically, the men are trying to figure out what bullshit to say that would sound good to a woman. If you want to know what men are really thinking, go to a gay website.
