It's likely in a matrilineal patriarchy that the land isn't inherited by her but through her by her arranged husband. 41	Umm you still realize male circumcision is still 100% legal in every state. Support Mariya. True, it should be unnecessary to qualify the victim by sex, which becomes more clear when you realize it should also be unnecessary to specify genitals.
