All depends on what you want to do and how much money you want to make. If it's about money, you can make a lot without a degree. You just might not always like the work. Bottom line is there is plenty of honorable blue collar jobs that pay pretty decent so if your ok with that don't waste your money, unless you're going to learn a trade. If you don't like any trade work, better get enrolled.

Idk how long this sub has been around but hopefully it's just going through a phase. I think most people who come here have had bad experiences with women and come to talk bad about them cuz it feels good. If you're a mgtow then you already know women really aren't worth dealing with and you don't need to be reminded constantly. I haven't been a whole lot of places but the north GA mountains are beautiful. Especially the Blue Ridge area, land is pretty cheap and remote. Even lake front land is really affordable. All the hiking and wilderness you can handle, might get a bit lonely though. Good investment regardless.
