You can get genetic testing without looking at those genes..... Unless you want to look for genetic diseases, prenatal testing is usually just looking at random SNPs to distinguish fetal from maternal DNA. That information is enough to estsblish paternity if the father also provides DNA.

It's actually not that difficult to genetically determine if a child or fetus is yours. It's just not legally liable for a company to disclose that you're not the father. I work in Healthcare sciences and it's.... Just infested with women claiming sexism everywhere. The company can be a majority of women and they'll still complain. The loudest feminists claim sexism just for disagreement even if the disagreement is over something technical. Hell, if the company is liberal enough, you'll see career advancement opportunities or career-building groups for women-only. I don't think feminists understand what "sexist" even means.

If you work in a company in a liberal area, sometimes you need to state your pronouns in your email signature too. Kind of weird that if you don't buy into putting "he/him" in your email, it can make you look bad because it implies that you're politically conservative. I worked in NIPT for most of its existence in the market. I have a pretty heavy hand developing that technology and I gotta tell ya...... cfDNA is ridiculously reliable as a means to establish non-paternity. when you get prenatal screening these days, it's usually done through a blood draw. Although not all products need it, the father's DNA helps determine the fetus' genotype more accurately. You know, prenatal screening is done all the time. Insurance covers average risk couples nowadays. The problem is that even if prenatal screening is performed with both the mother and presumptive father's DNA, the lab has no right to state that the paternity is not linked. The lab can only ignore the father's DNA in this case and move on. Paternity and disease screening are two different tests, but both needs to be done imo.

I think it's society's responsibility to ask for paternity testing, not just the presumed father's. The main benefits include knowing if the baby is susceptible to any genetic diseases posed by the father's genetics and not accidentally swapping babies at hospitals. It's really hard to get a judgment stating that the defendant is "innocent". The court usually ends the judgment with "not guilty". That is the ruling. Does that mean the defendant isn't innocent? Nope, but that's just how court rulings usually work. Without adequate conviction evidence for murky sexual-anything cases, they usually end with "not guilty" of X crime. Just stating a fact.

There's a restaurant named C&O Trattoria in Marina Del Rey, CA. In this restaurant, there is a women's restroom and an unisex restroom.
