Let me guess, your chores and responsibilities are yours to figure out, and hers are shared? My ex and mother of my kids admitted to me once that she would pick fights with me specifically because rather than engaging in the fight, I would put in headphones and clean the hell out of the house she was a sahm in, and 2/3 kids were in school. You know what's the best part? I chose not to. Apparently I didn't want to risk getting in trouble with the bar for throwing up. I got a cab back to base, and had to have the driver pull over a few times so I could throw up on the side of the road. Sorry you're getting downvoted. That's just rude. All I meant is that the default is visitation unless there is a judge ruling against it. Except the current situation allows women to refuse visitation without any repercussions, unless you happen upon a judge who doesn't like that. Our current system does give an instant path for protection, as most TRO's only require filing with a clerk. Why not require parents not doing that to follow a bare minimum of visitation until a judge rules?
