I'm enjoying life fully as I can allocate my free time as I will. I exercise whenever I want to, I play whenever I want to. I go to bed at 21:00 if I feel like it, or at 05:00. Intermittent fasting and lower carb first so that your body is now able to utilize excess energy (body fat). Ability to exercise consistently comes later.
