I suggest full fat diets with restriction or elimination of carbs will make 12 hour IF normal and natural for people in general. That putting the IF cart before the diet horse is backwards.

roll up all those idealized counter points into your vision of Chad, stick him in the mirror and compare. Do you measure up? Are you your own vision of Chad?

Concur with your post. Plenty of guys, not just Chads will try to step in on your game if you give them a chance. The real error here was not taking her home sooner. With such strong signals, it would have been better to leave asap, not make drinking the focus of the night and thereby avoid the branch swing.

Go to the gym. I find the winter months (granted, socal, but it's much nicer at the gym when it's cooler) great for eye candy and new friends. Girls get lonely and depressed during the holidays too. With their heightened emotional swings, imagine how much worse they feel. Seek and ye shall find.

"Ok im sure you know more about cars than me." "I had a used car and that shit fucked me the ass." "Also I had the hardest time finding a very good used car at a good price." I think those keys statements have more to do with your issues than new vs old. You can replace "used car" with "new car" and the statements are still valid. New cars can have problems, having your new car in the garage getting warranty work done still sucks, some dealers and manufacturers will fight and deflect claims. Par…

(luxury brands are/were standard in social circle) That's exactly what you were buying. Social validation. Maintenance concerns are for the peons. The OP was about sales, not purchasing. Selling luxury brands would then require you to be in the frame of doing such, whether or not you believed in the product's mechanics or reliability. You cannot deny that the luxury brands = status so as long as you can believe in that, you could sell it.

TRP is full of examples of actual shitty women (like the one highlighted by OP). TRP is labeled a haven for misogynists. Stuff like this validates TRP. Bring it on. The more shit like this is flaunted, the less tolerance there will be for feminism.

"Women are just manipulative self indulgent cunts these days." I think the whole point of TRP is to shatter the fairy tale and work with what's real. It's your world view that has been broken, but you're still missing the point; women have always been "manipulative self indulgent etc etc" and knowing this, you work on yourself, you control yourself and the women you chose and you chose to live life on your terms. Etc etc. You cannot bend women to your will, for you see, there is no unicorn.

As far as the "women are children" trope is concerned, I think the prevailing sentiment that children are worth LESS is the error. People treat children like "children", innocent and helpless. That's the mistake. Children are young humans. Babies are innocent and helpless. Young humans have tremendous capabilities socially, intellectually and even physically. They only lack experience and their mature adult bodies.

Respect is not admiration. Respecting fire is to give it value and care. I think the OP's point here on respecting women is very insightful; getting away from anger phase, "women are irresponsible, worthless children whores!" to "women are dangerous children whores." Or something like that.

seems all three have anxiety issues and deals with it in different ways. the hyper talkative one would be the winner here; no effort conversations, kiss her when you want her to shut up, no dependence or cat lady symptoms to fix.

The article stated that only the math portion of the sat was used. A later, more subjective test using pure spatial relationship and visualization tests were also used. The children in question were elementary level, and while elementary kids of the era may have had preexisting prejudices regarding boy/girl educational objectives, it is only those female children that passed the exams at all that were part of the program. As far as my understanding of the reading goes. So with that in mind, it s…

Spare the world your indignation. It doesn't care. 35 days of self discipline is nice. Only 21,360 more to go.

I'm 40+ and it's in the past few years that I decided I want kids. I have a lot to teach, I want to have kids that will dominate their life goals with my help and ultimately, kids give meaning to life. Both men and women. I used to think that the world was too fucked up to bring kids into. But that was largely a reflection of my own failures. I used to think I was a child myself, that I was incapable of the responsibility. Totally true at the time. It's only when I decided to be a responsible pe…

You don't know where to put the energy because you've never built up enough to put anywhere. Masturbation or even frequent sex with a partner are both sinks of energy. Satisfaction of that primal urge reduces motivation to do much else. Masturbation may be "healthy and normal", but so is eating. Doing too much of either makes you lazy and fat.

It's a term of belittlement and division. "Alt-right"; "alternative", as in, unpopular, not widespread, not accepted. "Right", as in anti-corruption and anti-establishment, anti-corporatist ideals are of the Established Right-Wing Conservative Republican ideology.

don't self identify with the media created labels. "alt-right" is a derogatory term intended to marginalize and dehumanize.

Existential threat is a good thing for both men and women. You covered the female side, men need it too to keep from becoming feminized. I think the RP ideology is born of the realization by some men that we are indeed facing an existential threat from feminism. Anyway, the question "Why do women treat strangers better than their loved ones, and how do we reignite patriotism, and a love of Western men, in women?" is important. They say that we always hurt the ones we love the most. Perhaps we sh…

Dindu the video, just some thoughts on "inner femininity". Did peasant women in history have "femininity"? Is "femininity" distinct from gender role? Femininity is a woman's greatest asset and weapon, we know this. She uses it to seduce, she uses it to punish. Feminism is not just about masculinization of women. It's about laziness. It's about women not sharpening their femininity and simply expecting to be accepted "as they are". The same lazy line of thought they push on blue pill men to justi…

It's relevant because you've parroted the establishment's narrative on Trump. I asked you to do something different and expound upon Clinton's virtues. You can't. You can't because there is no prepackaged narrative on her virtues for you to parrot. Hiding behind "the majority of Americans" will get you nowhere.

Trump is unpopular with feminists and cucks because they listen to the bullshit media narrative, are easily offended and care more about feels than reals. Try something new. Instead of parroting the Soros narrative of Trump, give an affirmative explanation of why Clinton is better.

"None of these concepts are the real Red Pill. The real Red Pill is far bigger than those things. The Red Pill is an all encompassing truth that affects everything you see think feel and hear. The real Red Pill is the fact that you and everyone else are trapped living fake lives in an artificial existence." Yes. As defined in The Matrix, the red pill was escaping the illusion of artificial existence. And before that, the special sunglasses from They Live. There's a purpose to this artifice, just…

On the one hand, the male need for female validation is labeled blue pill. On the other, it certainly seems an ingrained behaviour going back to pre-red/blue psychology including Oedipus/Electra and Shakespeare. Why men seek out mother figures and women seek fathers. With single parenthood and maternal custody, you have male children still having Oedipus complex ("blue pill") while female children are raised without...

I think we are on the uptick of the new feudalism. The wheels are in motion to establish the new peasantry and globalism is part of the strategy. The "collapse" as we observe it isn't the collapse of "Western Civilization", it's the collapse of Liberalism (as defined by the original usage in terms of egalitarianism and not the current toxic 1984-esque perversion), the collapse of opportunity, the collapse of the freedom and the rise of dynasty.

Answers in the IDGAF vein are anger phase. Perma-IDGAF and extreme red pill is just as toxic as feminism. Being defeatist is major BP. The middle class can't afford to spoil more than 1.5 kids. Operative word: SPOIL. Red pill grows by growing the flock. Kids are part of that. Self extinction is stupid. It's not about the next generation. It's about the here and now. More and more kids are growing up and either checking out or joining the Imperial brainwash. The red pill is only reached after hea…

Eugenics. Only the rich and the poor are reproducing. Idiocracy was only half right; at this rate, the world does become mostly idiots, but the ruling establishment do not go away. We need the middle classes to reproduce and compete. The middle class are the only threat to the establishment.

On a philosophical level, artificial sweetener is NOT fine. Just as the artificial cooking fats are NOT fine, artificial food is NOT fine. On a research level, here's an interesting one. Artificial sweeteners may change the gut flora to increase risk of diabeetus: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2014/10/01/artificial-sweeteners-raise-diabetes-risk.aspx High FAT, moderate protein and low carb is the way to go. Considering the success rate of the average joe on tinder, you sound like you're doing well/ on your way. Jerking to porn is just as evil as sex out of wedlock. But worse for you physiologically and mentally. Ditch porn, give a fuck (or two) instead. "The right woman" is a metaphor. She's one (of many) that fits your dick. Some girls are "bigger" than others. The movie is an excuse. Get you a piece. Get her good and wet through making out and fingering. Read a primer on good oral technique. Prac…

Take everything with a grain of salt. These sites provide compelling arguments, that's all. I studied civil engineering and was also exposed to "the evidence" of AGW. I bought it, bought the emotional arguments of "we have to be responsible", "people are the problem", etc. But then, after working with engineers and government employees, after seeing first hand how things are fudged, after seeing those climate "scientists'" emails discussing how to fudge the numbers, I became skeptical. While bre…

You can question the data. The data is suspect. Raw data is adjusted to suit the narrative: http://www.breitbart.com/london/2015/01/30/forget-climategate-this-global-warming-scandal-is-much-bigger/ "irresponsible, "implications" are emotional keywords, argument by appeal to emotion, feminist sjw territory. "Scientists" lie all the time. About anything. Liberals are now found to be psychopaths whereas before, it was conservatives. And the "mistake" is declared minor: http://www.zerohedge.com/news…
