I don't think it's a bold statement. During the past 50 years (since the last draft) there have been many equally or more dangerous situations that never forced us to have the draft. The wars the USA are active in will be fought even more by planes, drones, and robotics. I watched the video again last month. I think it's very entertaining and informative. One thing that really stuck with me is the part of the Miranda rights that says, "....anything you say can and will BE USED AGAINST YOU in a court of law..." or something similar to that. Despite hearing it hundreds of times on TV police shows, I never quite put it together. What you say won't be used to help you, it will be used against you. Lawyer Up!
