Two of my best teachers in junior high school were gay men, though I didn't know about it at the time. I'm straight, but I have to hand it to gay men that they are pioneers in the field of men's rights and in men standing up for themselves and being allowed to be human.

Dude, screw that, you're not a pedophile. And screw the whole "We must be terribly afraid of men because they're all potential pedophiles" fad. Screw all these fucking reasons why we're supposed to be terribly afraid all the time, everything from marijuana to Arabs and anyone else who isn't white, to men, to women who want to be sexual and equal, to young people who are portrayed in the media as apathetic criminals, etc... The fear that certain institutions and groups generate is far more damagi…

Good for you, bro. I worked for years as a substitute and then as an aide in elementary schools and preschool through college and after. I have to say, I wish that women got the welcome from men in traditional mens' fields that I got from 99.9% of the women I worked with (this was true also when I later became a nurse). I almost always felt appreciated and welcomed. It helped that I was in a men's group where I'd heard about stuff that some other men went through where they'd had their rights vi…

Wow, they do really good production. Great acting, sets and post-production. Very fine and sharp comedy, much better than most of the stuff from SNL.

I'm glad to see this happening. If you can't be proud of or even accept your own sexuality, don't be fucking blaming it on men. I'm so tired of all the fads in who and what we need to be terrified of now, everything from black people to marijuana to males and god help you if you're in all groups.

It sounds like you're thinking pretty well about it. Getting a divorce and separating yourself in every way possible from financial entanglement (that doesn't mean that you can't share things or help each other out in the future, just that you're doing your best to put a firewall there between you and her compulsive behaviors) seems like a plan to me. That doesn't mean you don't love her and won't be there for her or even that you won't be there to assist her or share economically. It doesn't ch…

Wow, that's informative and thank you very much for posting it in detail. I dated a woman a long time ago who was put through similar bullshit by her ex, but with more intention on his part. I hope that you're doing better now.

I think it would depend on what kind of person the MIL was for me to be offended. If she were a generally easy to get along with person, not so much. If she were patronizing, opinionated, domineering, and I had to be around her often, etc... yes, I'd probably be offended. Just look at her and say "Oh, you old people say the funniest things!"

I want to adopt you. You know, I've dumped a few women in my life who I found out were either fooling around or planning it or trying to trade up or whatever (had a few good relationships too). I'd much rather know the truth than kid myself and I'd much rather be single with an uncomplicated life than being in a situation like your Dad's previous one. You probably were just the catalyst in something that needed to happen anyways. I do believe that the truth will set you free and that you did bot…

Yes, it was the husband who had trust issues, not the wife who was fucking around on him and lying to him.

Silly man, he should have just looked at the cached emails. He looks so sad though, I just want to give him a hug. Don't worry guy, this looks like a clear case of jury nullification waiting to happen.

According to CNN and FOX, this is a very sophisticated form of electronic terrorism. They're calling for establishment of a new federal agency with a large budget to prevent this.

Option 1 You should totally respect everyone's privacy. Option 2 You're a control freak and probably a child molestor. I wonder if they would have had the same poll if it were an article about a woman snooping? I doubt it, they probably would have showed the woman partying with the other exes and cheered her on.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
