| 45 | A man, suffering from liver failure, owed $30,000 in back child support. They took most of his paycheck (his children were adults). He couldn't feed himself; his lack of nutrition and illness were killing him. Their response: "We don't care; go ahead and die."My ex-wife has never really paid child support, she can't afford it. She has a shit job, bills to pay, and another kiddo (not mine) to support. Could I drag her through the courts and get her paychecks, sure I could, but that wouldn't be right.
