3	Become Obsessed With Your Goals Hey, you're being a little too hard on yourself. You already got through your audiobook and 20 pages of a book you had on the list. That's infinitely more progress than when you weren't practicing keeping in sync with your goals. Optimization comes with experience a lot of times. Maybe something that would help would be to prioritize your goals. You seem to have a lot, perhaps ordering them would help. Also, remember that it's in your head.
