Rizzla has a different syllable count, and the context is totally different between the two terms. If your brain is so simple that, 1. You think I wouldn't know where to find a newspaper, or 2. You can't use contextual thinking to track a conversation, then why are you even posting here? You sound like the type to post "beast mode" post's on Facebook, even though your probably 60lbs overweight with no desire to truly better yourself. XD

Rizz is simply short for charisma, go read a newspaper if you can't handle slang

They are right though. He obviously isn't putting in effort, therefore doesn't give a flying shit about what happens. Gotta find someone else, the thing about guys is that they will give attention and effort if they actually care, this is coming from a guy lmao

Reading in general is a good idea, knowledge is power after all, and doing lots of reading helps with your vocabulary and phrasing. I see what you're saying, and I do agree, there are many useless "game" books, however, there are also books that contain solid information, in which, many of their theories that apply to Game, apply to other aspects of life as well. “Reading furnishes the mind only with materials of knowledge; it is thinking that makes what we read ours.” – John Locke

It was an unreasonable outburst, so no she wasnt being well behaved

The comment I directed at her was to specifically make her feel like less than she was, therefore making her attempt to prove that she is "more" than the other woman. However I would only do this in a relationship setting because there would be a higher chance of what your describing happening, actually happening.

That was right after I had read about shit tests and I recognized it as such almost immediately, probably led us to splitting up, but now she's with some guy that acts like a girl himself, so all Id have to do to get her back is ask haha

I did take a weight training course in high school but my dumb younger self fucked around all through it however I know the workout that I had put together was apparently good because it was the only thing I got a half decent grade on, so I could find that and follow that I guess or just get the app your recommending

Have you had experience with body space? Its an app that is often suggested to me by a buddy (he lifts nearly everyday) he says it good but I'm interested in a second opinion?
/r/TheRedPill12/04/18 09:42 PM

Yeah see the 2 full body workouts the time he through out was around 2 hours but I could see how 3 smaller workouts could be more beneficial than 2 longer ones
/r/TheRedPill12/04/18 09:29 PM

No I mostly thought in order for lifting to pay off you had to go every day for 3-4 hours but I was told by another guys here, that as long as I get two heavy full body workouts in a week it will still be effective

Yeah ive learned a whole bunch about it, its super efficient for anyone and everyone especially with 24hr gyms existing

Hes never really been hurt before by anything, like I said he never leaves the house except for school but hes back home at noon and straight to his but and on goes YouTube, I can literally guess his exact place in the house based on time alone

When I quit cigs I started to feel run down, and depressed. I felt like I was losing complete control of my life and kept plugging through life waiting for the symptoms to disappear (I had chalked it up to withdrawals) but they just never did, regarding the pains, they aren't just from being overweight, but rather bmxing and free running while overweight, turns out the fatter you are the harder you hit the ground, who would've thought? As for weed I always ask my guy whether he has sativa or ind…

Yeah I finally had some civilized conversations with people and turns out my opinion of gyms were skewed with misinformation in some areas and a lack of knowledge in others picking up a membership today

Yeah I had a few other battles going on when he made replied so I went into offense without even thinking about it I'm picking up a membership today once the gym has staff around

I can agree with not helping people who don't want it, however, family is one of the most important things in my life, so I can't stop trying to help him. Its just frustrating because he is in a very similar situation I was in when I learned about TRP, minus the laying in bed all day and lack of a job. Its like trying to help the part of myself that I hated so much after I looked back at where I was.

Alright well as soon as everything opens up I'll shop around and pick up and membership, I'm done with excuses, time to man up

Yeah its remarkable how big of a change it really makes. I still smoke (green and cigs) I quit cigs for 3 years but I didn't like who I turned into when I was quit, and I kept waiting for it to get better but it never did. Finally I was at a lifelong Buddy's house for dinner and to catch up and he offered me one, so saying what the hell I took it and now I only have really one reason to quit, that being my health, I already know I'm not going to live an incredibly long life, so being a happier v…

I'd be willing to wager its not too long before she takes you up on your offer. I love passing shit tests with flying colours haha. My gf at the time tried getting pissy because I was looking towards another woman who looked like a relative of mine (it wasnt), she asked if I was staring at her tits. It only took 5 works to break her frame, all I said is "well, they're bigger than yours" later that evening was for sure 10/10 best sex I've had to date.

Good point, its more the refusal to learn. I wouldn't have a problem with it if he would at least listen and learn what TRP stands for before passing such heavy judgement based on stupid jokes made by people who call everyone beta without knowing a single thing about the community. Idk it may also be because he knows I'm right but he also knows its takes effort and he's too lazy to try it but who's to say? And I'm still figuring TRP out myself, but I still relate to the anger and disillusion, so…

I know I need to start lifting, I like food too much to not be.

So what is the idea behind it? Is it to resist the bounce of the hammer? Or is it more about the swinging?

Yeah you make an extremely valid point. But now the question is why the hell do we have such a negative light in society?

Good point I guess, the only issue is he's 23, lives with his dad, and I quote "doesn't like to think about his responsibilities because it frustrates him". It not only pisses me off but literally everyone else in the family. He isn't in the position to be stagnant. Also, I don't expect anyone to fully agree to every point made by TRP either, because as you said if they did, they are lying, or they are sheep. But its more he refuses to read or even have me read him anything on the sidebar or any…

Dammit I'm starting to see a trend. How is it I managed to get the impression that you had to lift for like 3 hours daily for it to mean shit? I'm definitely going to have try it.

I can't argue that I would definitely benefit from going to the gym and when its summer I bike everyday for 2-3 hours at least. And I may just take your advice and go for it, I was unaware that 2 days a week could even make a difference. Faults on me for not doing my research. As for the unicycle, I may try that too. Haha

As a fellow guitarist (as much as I really should practice more) I really can't argue. I did however learn that if I focus I can "diddle" around with what ever I decide to practice (chords, scales, and string skipping, etc) without doing dull drills for hours on end and the added benefits of not annoying the hell out of my roommates and practicing multiple things at once. May not be quite as effective, but it keeps me sane. Feel free to message me if you ever just want to talk music, need to mee…

I rarely take anything personal, especially from someone I've never met on the internet, and was mostly trying to converse. I don't really see how I was being "a whiny bitch" when I was merely providing insight on why I choose not to lift even though everyone is saying its mandatory. Its about personal choices for me not what some fuck on the other end of a computer thinks I should or shouldn't do with my time and money. There you wanted me to talk shit? You got it.

I completely agree with you. And I can relate, during the summer my work is basically a work out. 15-18 hour days 6 days a week, walking around all day outside, throwing 20lbs shovelfuls of rocks around. Its always interesting when two crew members have a... Dispute, yeah we will call it that. Needless to say lots of shit breaks, usually bones but the occasional tool. But I'll save that for another sub.

Fair point, I live in northern Canada. Our A.C. is opening the door (Doesn't work worth shit), haven't been to many gyms either, I can't personally justify paying money to go do something I don't enjoy when I can not only go out with friends and socialize but also be exercising. Thats's just my style though, no hate towards gym goer's though. (figured I'd throw that out there just for good measure)

This comment is gold, however lifting just isn't my style. I personally, would prefer to go out and bike around, go free running, snowboarding. I prefer my exercise to be out and about and entertaining. Just my style

So does that mean I have to go to the gym everyday and exercise in the same room, breathing stale, sweat filled air to be on my red pill journey? Or perhaps I could go out biking, free running, snowboarding, or fighting (mma)? Same results maybe?

Oh OK I know what no salt is used to use it instead of salt (strange I know), so I guess the best way to ingest it would be to add it to the water hey?

Ah makes sense I forgot the whole electrolyte thing, also where would I go about find potassium chloride? Supplement store? Or is there somewhere cheaper?

Would multivitamins be a good idea? They wouldn't reduce the effects would they? Because ive tried fasting before and it left me with no energy, grant you I wasnt taking in any salt or potassium either.

Yeah, Not eating mixed with exercise helps. But how in the hell did you do that? I want to know, not going to lie, I'm a fatty! However I work on an asphalt crew as a shovel man. I can't find anything that works for me. Now low metabolism runs in my family, but it pisses me off when anyone who knows the family gives me the excuse that its genetics, because as everyone knows thats bullshit.

I wouldn't say that necessarily, some peoples pleasure derived from being a leader is most definitely related to achieving goals or accomplishing challenges and helping lead a group or even just one peer to the same achievement. Therefore it wouldn't get boring nor would it be a job. For most charismatic people, the opportunity to help themselves and help others help themselves is like a hobby, or for some an addiction. When you think about it being a leader is a lot of what makes up the alpha m…
