| 1 | Lifting and diet questionAre you suggesting bulking or eating at maintenance? | /r/askTRP | 29/01/20 07:22 PM |
| 1 | Lifting and diet questionI've read that insulin sensitivity is much better when lean which will help partition calories better. I guess build muscle optimally while in a bulk. Also even though I take measurements of my body parts, I cant see my muscle as I'm soft as fuck. I'd like to be 170- 180 around 10 - 15% in a couple years. That's the goal. Everything I've read makes more sense to get lean first then bulk. So that's what I've been doing. Its fucking with me mentally yes cause I'm getting smaller even though weight… | /r/askTRP | 29/01/20 06:42 PM |
| 1 | Lifting and diet questionLbs Just started deads and squats a few weeks ago. Been overloading leg press, extensions and curls. I'm for sure building muscle. I'm just at the point where I'm still skinny fat. Progress is slowing and I'm not sure if I should keep cutting or bulk. | /r/askTRP | 29/01/20 06:30 PM |
| 1 | Lifting and diet questionI do measure my body parts. My weight has hovered around 160 yet my pants are lose at the waist yet tighter in my quads. My arms are 14.5 inches. 3 months ago they were 14. Without a pump. So I'm growing. It's just slow. I think I'm just confused as to whether or not I'm actually doing this right since everything has slowed down. Keep cutting till I'm lean but skinny as fuck or bulk so I can build.muscle optimally? | /r/askTRP | 29/01/20 06:27 PM |
