True. Years of conditioning are tough to remove in only a year. I still seek validation and I guess that means I need to get that pill further down until it sits comfortably in my stomach.

I'd say she's a 6/10 probably the least impressive looking woman I've slept with (but I've only slept with three so far) I guess I don't want to offend her or freak her out....since I've been doing a bit too much acid and shrooms this month....

Do you see her in person? Where did you meet her and do you regularily run into her? Do you go to her church or school etc? If so, ignore texts.

Very insightful. It is a sad truth that unless we begin with self awareness, we will self sabotage our attempts at success just to protect our ego from injury. The corollary truth is that only by reducing the impact our ego has on behaviour can we become the true men we are meant to be.

"...but it seems that the general direction is to defend natural tendencies or use them as an excuse to justify self-indulgence etc." And it is this reasoning that I believe leads to misunderstanding and false enlightenment. It is the equivalent to slutwalk in it's stance in regards to our gender.

That's technically true, but I think he ment to ask wether it really is possible to achieve and maintain a state where the higher mental faculties (critical thought, morality, emotional sobriety) dominate the lower animalistic portion of the mind or the "reptilian brain," as it is called in the three-brain theory. The reptilian brain is the part of your psyche that is programmed through countless generations and evolutions; obsessive, compulsive, reactive, hungry, lustful, greedy, competitive, a…

Most of my personal struggle with standing up to women involved my thought process. I essentially thought of women as these pretty, perky, standoffish, sometimes stuck up, entitled beings with the minds of men. Having the minds of men, I say jokingly that they would overrun the other gender and we would have a feminine totalitarianism. Well its a half joke. The only way I got over this is by learning to "own your shit," around others. And naturally I got to see women for qho they are, and it isn…

Here is the best watch I have discovered and researched to date: http://www.sarpanevawatches.com/en/models/korona-rgwg.php Unfortunately it retails at 25500 euros without taxes. This is the watch I might actually buy and have been looking at for a while: http://www.frederique-constant.com/the-all-new-frederique-constant-slimline-moonphase-manufacture-simply-wonderful-and-wonderfully-simple/ in navy blue. It retails for 3 grand. Quite low for luxury entry level.... believe it or not.

Thats awesome. If you can overcome your ADHD without meds, there is much more power to you. I was prescribed ritalin for a while and loved that they made me feel confident social, and focused. I did not like that they made me emotionally stunted and took away my passion. I became a zombie of sorts, and ironically i dropped out of school because of the plateau- the part where the medicine doesn't give me that slight "high" to focus me, and I feel only mildly less crappy than without medicine. 14 …

You know what, I have the same problem. On one level I do enjoy gaming because I am satisfied when poking fun at a girl works, its like a confirmation that I did it right. The reward is seeing a method work and the successes in a trial and error process. Maybe I can enjoy it somewhat, but I don't think I'll honestly "like" it until I get good. Right now, its kind of a discouraging grind for me. It's hard and takes energy out of me. At some point RSDTyler talks about being yourself, and coming to…

She told you this stuff to make you ask yourself "Well then, why did she tell me this stuff?" You've just been bent over, are you going to let yourself get fucked too?

Know what, I've looked into nofap and stuff for a while, and I still masturbate too much. I need a tipping point to show myself that im serious about quitting porn and daily fapping. Im not going 10 times in a row of even twice, it happens once a year maybe. But once a day for years and years is still a big habit and surprisingly hard to break. The hyperarousal caused by quality porn makes it that much harder. I know that when i go to a site, im not leaving till I cum. And without a site, i end …

And you won't always get rejected! Sooner or later a nice girl will like your vibe and dance with you, and she will do kino with me and we can dance for pure fun - then I get a chance to figure out how to use my body to say something like "hey lets go have some fun elsewhere hehehe". Problem is that the only time I went clubbing so far were christmas and new years, everyone was taken. I was visiting my friend 2000km away, my old home. Now I have to motivate myself to go and approach alone. The o…

I am 21 yrs old, have nice body that I can work on still but a babyface. I am 5'3", displaying early stage male pattern baldness. I wear glasses, and have terrible sense of style, though I'm getting almost comfortable in my choices of clothes. Basically this is my state right now, 3 months into putting that red pill on my tongue and trying to swallow. I don't say this for sympathy but just to tell you who I'm up against: I surround myself with people, it is hard when I am shy and not drinking, w…

And by wickedness, I of course mean that we are allowed to be lazy, gluttonous, envious, stupid in all manners. And the punishments for such actions are only being removed with time. More and more we are bring insulated from the consequences of our own actions, and it's certainly not benefitting us in the long term.

If not for the kids I would have left long ago. So as not to ruin the kids lives.....I honestly don't know what I would do. What I'm GOING to do is live in a proactive way so as to never fall into that situation. It sounds like an awful fate for a husband.....though logically it was by his own ignorance that he allowed his wife to cuckhold him like that. This kind of post makes me feel like my balls are reteating into my pelvis. I sympathize with this guy because "WHAT IF THAT WAS ME?" goes thro…

I enjoyed the 48 laws daily posts and would love to follow along with a Mr Nice Guy series, as I was highly touched by that book and would love daily discussion threads. Unfortunately I am often without an internet connection when I'm at work camps so I cannot gurantee daily posts. I haven't read the other literature mentioned in OP yet, but the Book of Pook is another good one I'd recommend.

Whether or not this applies to you, I don't know. But in my experience, when I am in a daily fapping state of being I will feel a renewed urge to fap within an hour after the first time. When I was in highschool I used to act on the "second wind" when I had trouble sleeping, and this behaviour actually seemed to induce what psychologists call demotivational syndrome (which can be caused by stuff like too much weed). So plan your path, stay out of the line of fire. Know your body. Have a great Ne…

Fuck man. I've never thought about gaming in such a way. I played world of warcraft for a few years in highschool but I didn't stay long after new expansion packs were added. Played a few racers and shooters after that but as soon as I turned 17 I had stopped playing games and haven't gone back. However, I spent the next five years as an opiate (and other drugs/alcohol) addict. Your reply hit home for me because those years I lost I'll never get back. I gained nothing from drugs that I could hav…

Comments are gold. "This article is so backwards and blatantly sexist I thought it just had to be satire. I then went on to read your blog and sadly not. This is a perfect example of why we need gender equality and feminism. Unhealthy attitudes like this towards women will not only oppress women, but men too. Solomon, you sound like you mean well, but you really need to get your head out the sand and into the 21st century."

Owen Cook aka RSD Tyler says, and I paraphrase: you'll learn faster with one a short time of "cold" approach (meeting women on the street) than you will from a hundred books.
