1	What are your favourite combat sports or martial arts and why? I do bjj and Muay Thai, highly recommend both. Bjj is great for long term cardio, and most fights will end up on the ground. You can't just be a grappler, striking is very important. I'd say bjj is more sustainable in the long term, especially bc the risk of head trauma is almost none.
