I’m pretty new to FDS and I’m still trying to learn how to recognize grooming behaviors, especially in the situation you’ve described (man in position of authority + female employee in the same workplace). I agree. The way I see it, literally anyone can say whatever they want whenever they want. It’s easy to do that. What isn’t so easy is SHOWING how you feel towards another person. On a consistent basis. Show, don’t tell.
