Im a 28 yo virgin who has hit rock bottom. looking to begin this journey and am in serious need of encouragement/motivation. any at allHere's your fix. Fucking go for it. You got FriendZoned because you asked and didn't try or didn't state it, right? I challenge you to try, to get out there and make a move and try to kiss a girl and get slapped. As an adult, the biggest eyeopener for me was GIRLS ARE JUST AS SHITTY AS GUYS AT DEMONSTRATING ATTRACTION. I slap myself because of all the chances I had that I just missed out on because I just didn't try. Confidence gets you girls NOT only because you're more attractive... but also b… | /r/seduction | 28/03/14 05:24 PM

Help Please! At the bottom and ashamed of self! It's going to sound lame but maybe give adult kickball a try. Its not too serious but plenty of people play and they're hurting for guys in a lot of leagues. Also, I know it's not considered a Player move, but don't hesitate to bring up how rock solid you were at tennis and that you are hurt now. Also, ping pong. Find a league. And get into lifting. Even with destroyed legs you can find something you can do (read starting strength by mark rippetoe). I always recommend lifting since it never hurt… | /r/seduction | 26/02/14 02:46 PM
Help Please! At the bottom and ashamed of self!Hey man, Don't worry, we're all different. Do you think a girl likes dating the same type of guy over and over and over again? Heck no! Different is great. Never ever give up. Ever. Ever. Ever. You need to find a therapist that WORKS FOR YOU first. Right now you're so in your own head and so outcome dependent that the base of being happy alone won't be there. Here's how I recommend you start. 1. What's the sport you play no one else does? Do you remember the tactics you used to get better at tha… | /r/seduction | 21/02/14 07:48 PM
How would you approach a girl that you only see for a quick second between classes?I like these, it's important you realize though that frame matters. You are a confident guy saying something funny but genuinely inviting. Not a super intense don Juan (unless that's a gag) or a clown for her amusement. You are neither. | /r/seduction | 07/11/13 02:31 PM
How would you approach a girl that you only see for a quick second between classes?Try to add in "I'm curious if you're as nice as you look" | /r/seduction | 07/11/13 12:51 PM
Anyone else get really depressed by /r/seduction?Max Level PUA move: Don't Lie at all. "Holy shit you're cute. Are you fun too?" - This CAN work with the right girl in the right mood and right delivery. But I swear if you say it in a cocky, funny way, should be gold. I also don't know many PUA schools which advocate compliments. Seriously, sounds like this guy is interested in getting laid "his way" and calling it 'game'. Learn to be a genuinely good person first, and maybe he shouldn't be a misogynist. Saying women are stuck up for not liking… | /r/seduction | 17/01/13 08:37 PM
Anyone else get really depressed by /r/seduction?Life is a therapy session. Those $125/hr are just concentrated. See, at this moment though, those assholes and assholettes are nothing. They are gone. They don't have the keys to drive you crazy anymore. So sit down, and find something to love to do. And find a way to do it. Every. Day. Be it powerlifting, skating, surfing. Something physical you can just think to yourself "aww fuck it! looking like an ass is fine because this is the gateway to a better life" The difference between a guy with na… | /r/seduction | 17/01/13 08:31 PM
Anyone else get really depressed by /r/seduction?I want you to take a second.. and realize, every single time fear grips you.. say to yourself "and at this moment, I am fine" breathe... then do what scares you. At this moment you are fine. LEarn the real techniques, meet some guys on here, and go out... and get rejected... on purpose... ten times.. and laugh and tell stories with your friends. Re-purpose rejection to be your own decision. | /r/seduction | 17/01/13 06:52 PM
Anyone else get really depressed by /r/seduction?This, this, this. People don't sense where you ARE, they sense where you are going and with what velocity. THAT is the vibe winners give off, of someone who will continue to win. Losers give off the "I've given up vibe" and it is disgusting. | /r/seduction | 17/01/13 06:44 PM
Anyone else get really depressed by /r/seduction?A guy who is "smooth" or "charming" or has "game" is just a guy who can help a girl feel like she took a series of innocent steps to get to dirty sex rather than got approached for dirty sex and said yes. This shit just blew my mind. Never heard it put so succinctly before. | /r/seduction | 17/01/13 06:35 PM
Anyone else get really depressed by /r/seduction?Also, if women are eww'ing you, you're doing it wrong. | /r/seduction | 17/01/13 02:39 PM
Anyone else get really depressed by /r/seduction?Hey frogma, have you noticed that some women who HATE getting approached, sometimes don't even realize when they do get approached? Like most people, a lot of the women redditors probably only focus on the really bad pick-attempts they remember, and forget that sweet guy they struck up a conversation with who happened to be sitting next to them at a bar. | /r/seduction | 17/01/13 02:39 PM
Anyone else get really depressed by /r/seduction?You fell for the ultimate con. Believing what women say they want versus how they act. PU isn't about giving compliments, its about finding your right wavelength. Its about being comfortable in your own skin and displaying that. Also, never ever listen to what women SAY they are attracted to, Most people (women AND men) have no idea what they are attracted to, or what makes them go off. You'll probably deny me, and that's your prerogative. But I can tell you from my own experience, being who you… | /r/seduction | 17/01/13 02:35 PM
Seddit, What is one invaluable piece of knowledge have you picked up in the last year - That you think everyone here should know?"Parkour is a mental game convincing you it's a physical one" - said around my parkour gym | /r/seduction | 12/09/12 11:12 AM
Seddit, What is one invaluable piece of knowledge have you picked up in the last year - That you think everyone here should know?I did parkour. Because it was completely difficult and ridiculous for a 275 lbs non athlete to do. But, Drill everything, train every day, eat right. Everything got better. It became a reason to wake up, it became a reason to eat right. And regardless of anything, it centered me. | /r/seduction | 11/09/12 03:08 PM
Seddit, What is one invaluable piece of knowledge have you picked up in the last year - That you think everyone here should know?"No" is fine. "Yes" is Better! "Maybe" just stinks. | /r/seduction | 11/09/12 01:30 PM
Seddit, What is one invaluable piece of knowledge have you picked up in the last year - That you think everyone here should know?Chiming In: Pretty much don't. Especially if you are trying to go for an LTR. Those just happen if you let them. Feel free to disagree with me. That's just personal experience. | /r/seduction | 11/09/12 01:22 PM
Seddit, What is one invaluable piece of knowledge have you picked up in the last year - That you think everyone here should know?I didn't learn this this year... You want Inner Game: If you do not seek perfection in some art, or act, or skill. If you are not on a road to mastery, you are a wretch. And you will feel wretched. You must have a vision. That which practicing the mastery of feeds your inner soul. You can start today, you can start arbitrarily and even CHOOSE arbitrarily, but it must be your driving passion. It can't be game, because that relies on other people. It could be surfing, sketching, darts, chess... an… | /r/seduction | 11/09/12 01:11 PM
Cyrano, the fun pickup game my friends and I invented. The thing is, is you go out with the attempt to get rejected from an "theoretically appropriately timed" k-close. Or move in for the kiss, see if you get rejected. It can't be like attempting to kiss a girl you've exchanged no words i.e. never approached -although I've heard of it done The whole thing is, it's a reframe, "failure" becomes a success. You'll also be amazed how often girls really are ready to be kissed. Getting ejected 3 times is Open a Set, and DO NOT LEAVE FOR ANY REASON. Until t… | /r/seduction | 11/09/12 12:45 PM
Cyrano, the fun pickup game my friends and I invented. One of my favorite games to play was "Get rejected for k-close 3 times" or "Get ejected 3 times", you'd be surprised how it changes your perspective and how difficult it can be. | /r/seduction | 10/09/12 04:56 PM
What unexpected things have you said/done that have turned out absolutely amazing?I was a bouncer at a club, this girl was dancing near me and I gave her the half smile smirk. She walked up to me, I said "you're fun" and gently cupped her chin. Started kissing. | /r/seduction | 03/08/12 04:55 PM
