And I respectfully disagree with you here. He was more harsh than he needed to be, but it didn't really hurt anyone, maybe someone's feelings. Her retaliation was an attempt to make him lose revenue, business, get her little follower army to flood his Yelp page with 1 star reviews, etc. She made it public in an attempt to hurt his business because her feelings got hurt. He was a dick but she's a fucking shitty person.
