Thanks. This is exactly what I am doing. I always had trouble following a workout routine, but like you mentioned, I took up a 3 days / week program and have remained consistent and seen real gains. I would add that its also important to understand your source of motivation. Different people are driven to act due to different reasons. For me building some form of external accountability had helped a great deal.

I know where you're coming from... the early adolescent years play a huge role in how our life shapes up. I have been through phases of going over my past and agonizing over the mistakes I made or things that I should've done but didn't do. But that is just a futile exercise. All we have control over is the present. If I don't remain hopeful and keep planning and taking action in the present despite failures, life will seem meaningless. Keep up the grind buddy. The indirect approach works when you are authentically expressing yourself and talking about stuff that you want to talk about. In my experience having an agenda ruins the connection with a girl. Direct or indirect approaches can work provided there is authenticity in your expression and a devil may care attitude about the outcome.

Thanks man. Getting a woman is not my goal. But I have come to realize that for a fulfilling life a good intimate relationship is important. I regret not giving focus on dating well when I was younger. But want to make ammends now.

Since I am Indian living in London, I get very few matches which usually I am not very keen on. I dont have a great social circle, but I am trying to build that up by joining meetups and activities.

Thanks man... all valid and useful suggestions. Though I feel I am at an age where having roster is not a good strategy for me. I am interested in finding a genuine woman who I can date for the long term and focus more on other areas of my life like building a business. But obviously finding that really great woman is proving to be challenge.

What I wanted to understand was if you specifically take out time to go daygame/nightgame like some of the younger guys do or flirt with women who you meet at work, gym etc? My challenge is that as a busy professional I dont have time to specifically take time out to meet women on the street or clubs. I am interested in learning how can I build a seduction practice routine as I go about my life.
