I’d be interested in hearing more about your perspective! I always see articles about the declining birth rates that focus on how unreasonable societal and economic expectations discourage women from taking the plunge and doubt that’s the whole story.

It’s interesting that this is your experience because in my HCOL area the women in know are all highly educated and career focused and their male partners are the ones interested in children and fatherhood. I think in areas where you need two incomes to survive women tend to see motherhood as an additional burden in their already busy lives rather than a blessing. Agreed that sharing the burden of responsibility gives everyone more control over their reproductive options.

Who wouldn’t be? Condoms suck and a lot of hormonal birth control options are riddled with unpleasant side effects. Any method that shares the burden of responsibility between both partners is more likely to succeed in the long run.

Ugh it would be so much better if everyone could have full control in their reproductive choices. Why fire a gun at a bullet proof vest when you could load it with blanks instead?

Their new algorithm tries to match people within the same league.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
