They are not equally invested and that's the only difference they need to maintain that abortion should be a woman's choice. While the studies do prove that marrying a woman with a history of cheating will lead to a marriage ending in infidelity, that doesn't actually prove the bigger concern about paternity. Women who choose to sleep with multiple partners while dating one are more likely to cheat on their spouse because that's just what they were doing before. -1	As a Men's Rights Activist, I strongly support the Equal Rights Amendment (United States) I can see how abandonment is a crime but what is legal abandonment for women? At least in the US it seems pretty illegal to just desert your child. What would a legally protected choice for a father look like?
