After controlling for everything that was mentioned - there has been a marked decline in T levels among men over the last 50 years to very low levels today, whereas 50 years ago men had mostly almost identical lifestyle regarding physical activity & so on, but 50 years ago mens testosterone levels were significantly higher than they are today.
