How are women born with that value? In my workplace they get a free pass, they are held to much lower standards than men are. When we had 2 new recruits show up at the same time, one was an ugly middle aged nerdy guy, the other was a young pretty woman. The difference in how both were treated was sickening. It’s the same in the music industry, the artist will be paid a small advance up front by the record label, then the record label pockets all the income for the next x years. Often music artists end up worse off if they make it big, as they accept getting paid peanuts at the start then the record label ends up making millions from their tour dates and record sales.
