1	My boyfriend is a disabled vet sent to jail for being behind on child support pmts while his ex-wife's husband fails court ordered drug test for pot and coke. I don't understand how your comment relates to mine. It is about punishment. OP's boyfriend went to jail for not paying child support because he financially wasn't able. OP's boyfriend was punished for not paying child support, while his ex-gf's boyfriend was not punished despite being tested positive for illegal drugs. I think it's because even though OP's boyfriend was making as much of the child support payments as he could on a limited income, he went to jail.
