In what universe would that "get you in trouble with the cops"? You think she's going to go to the cops and show them the message? Or if she did do you really think they would care? You're out of touch with reality if you believe so.
A judge denies bail if they believe the person won't show up for their court date, not if it's a "really bad crime", and people sit in jail waiting for trial, not prison.
