She beat him to the spot to order a drink, he tried to barge in and access the service well, he should have just waited his turn. Also raising a fist isn't hitting someone. She raised her fist, he grabbed her arm and pushed it into her face, she swings and he clocks her. You can argue she shouldn't have raised her arm, which did escalate the situation, but you can't go around knocking out anyone who bumps into you in a bar.
