It omits them in that case because the number is so low it’s almost 0. I don’t see how hard of a concept that is to grasp and honestly don’t know how else to explain it. The DOJ defines rape as "Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim." Further more federal law doesn’t use the term rape, things like that fall under the larger umbrella of sexual assault. So I don’t really understand the point you’re trying to make?
