A dictionary of terms, words and laws used in The Red Pill (TRP) community.Gray rocking is a technique for dealing with a manipulative or high-conflict person by becoming deliberately unresponsive, unemotional, and uninteresting, denying them the emotional reaction they're seeking. It's commonly recommended when going no contact isn't possible, such as when co-parenting with an abusive ex.
