For anyone wondering and trying to understand the wage gap between women and men, here’s a bit of info. First off the gap isn’t what it seems, it’s definitely their but it’s presented incorrectly. The reason why statistics show women being payed less is because men are more likely to work overtime, ask for raises, and don’t take as many breaks/vacations. And to be honest if companies where able to get away with it wouldn’t they just want to hire women? Are companies such boys clubs that they would rather hire men, over women even if women got paid less? No they would hire women to save money.

I know this is mostly just a word for word copy of a part Dr. Shayms video but I just feel like it belongs here because many people have wondered about this specific topic and I’m getting tired of directing people to his video. All credit goes to him tho.
