This would be interesting to see. Basically a chad who is completely obsessed with anime/japanese media and is really cringy with the way he talks. Would open with something like "you almost look as hot as my waifu", and would talk about his favorite animes (would be really niche ones) and characters, figurines, etc. Would also use japanese randomly.

If pedo chad is successful im sure weeb chad would have a shot.
