Married for 11 years, together for 15, have a 7 year old, her mom lives with us in a basement apartment she paid to build out. Live in GA.

Just found out my wife and best friend (who is also married) are in love and have been in an emotional affair, including sexting, for over a year. When I confronted them they were honest and said it’s now over. I believe them, but I’m done. She says she’s sorry and wants to work it out. I do not.

I’ve spent the last year thinking our growing distance was my fault so I entered therapy based on her suggestion. (All while she was falling for my friend.) Then I got us into couples counseling as another attempt to fix what was wrong. She said she was committed to it. (All while she was sexting for my friend.) Then I found out about them. And here we are.

Now, I want a divorce but have no idea where to start, what to expect, etc. Advice?
