I’ve always hated that term “modern women”. Pretty much is oh you have a women you can’t control and use as a slave, she’s a modern woman. I remember watching a tiktok back then which brought up stuff like that and a quote that I won’t ever forget is that “at the end of the day you’re not looking for a comparable parter, you’re looking to have control over someone else”
