I’m so glad I found this sub. I’ve been a Pickmeisha for as long as I can remember and I’m just realizing it now. Wow. But I won’t give myself a hard time because I know that’s how society conditions us to be.

Any tips on building self esteem? Red flags to look out for, do’s and don’ts let’s say if someone tries to pursue me? I’m so very new to this, but I feel like it will really help me lift myself up, thank you. <3
