I think it completely depends on your rapport with someone. If you have a regular flirty conversation going back and forth I don’t think it’s weird but to each her own. If you don’t like it you could say so and give them a chance to understand why you feel that way. If you don’t want to and it really annoys you-do you and move on.

I take it as a compliment until it becomes excessive to the point where all I am to you is a pretty face. But to be honest I find it more attractive when a man uses my name. I think it is so attractive.
