I know in most mainstream conversations the answer will range from "harmless but trashy" to "just as bad as cheating yourself", but I'm curious what people with a non traditional view of dating think. I have no intent on ever being in a real relationship with this guy and have no wish for him to get divorced or any malice/jealousy towards his wife. However, he is in the city I live 20 days each month and at home with her for 8-10 so it does feel more legitimate than a typical side chick scenario.

He has told me that they have an open marriage but I think it was probably a lie. I'm planning on trying to find other guys to date as well so I can distance myself from him a bit as he has stopped having sex with me as often as before. Just curious of y'alls thoughts
