How do you see Western society in the near future? I think it could go either way. But the main scenario in both cases is the implementation of UBI (universal basic income) which is a certain amount of money given to every person because by then most jobs will be automated and there will be much less jobs, only specialized jobs.

A) 3rd wave feminism will get even more powerful and even more mainstream, to the point that cuckoldry because the conventional form of marriage, and there will be absolutely no societal shame for women to commit hypergamy and use men as objects. It will be standard for men to be required to include a dick pic on their hook up app profile, and it will be standard for women to say "looking for my 7th lustmeat badboy to share with my husband" and women will include a picture of their cuck husband smiling/sucking a dick on their hook up app profile. I already see this TODAY when I go through tinder: I see some profiles say "we are a couple looking for more men for her." Top 20% males will no longer have to work: they will be subsidized by the bottom 80% of males who will fill the specialized jobs (doctor, lawyer, engineer, software developer, etc..) who will pay more tax and allow them to live on UBI (universal basic income). Also, unlike now, more and more females will actually start dropping out of school because they will no longer see the point. They will all marry a cuck beta with a specialized job, in order for status/extra luxury money, and it will be socially acceptable to have an unlimited amount of top 20% chads for sex on top of having a husband, so there will be no reason to work.

B) It starts going the way that would lead to the above (scenario A), but before it gets so bad people wake the fuck up and there is some kind of social revolution that at least somewhat brings back patriarchy. Obviously, now that smart phones and internet are in the hands of every female, cheating will still be mass spread, but at least society will be more patriarchal again and the social punishments and shaming will increase again for women who do this so it will somewhat curb hypergamy. It won't ever curb hypergamy like the old patriarchy did, for example, how it was in the 1950s, but it will be better than today.
