As Thufir Hawat would say "the first step in avoiding a trap is knowing of it's existence", which I'd say this guy did the moment he woke up. The follow up to that is "the second step is to spring the trap at a time of your choosing", which I'd say this guy did by going to the harassment people first.

Either way, this shit was going to go down, the smart move it to get there first. In that scenario, you need all the help you can get, and you have to play as dirty as they will because it's the only way you can stay safe.

There's an important lessons here I've been trying to clue people in to. A lot of the power women wield over men is by proxy through these systems like police and courts.

Here's the big secret: the courts and police don't care about the women any more than they care about us. The institutions only care about themselves. Anyone who goes to them with a potential case is giving their institution a reason to exist and make their numbers look better and gain them power.

The system can be used to your advantage also gents, don't be shy. Restraining orders and Title IX charges work both ways!
