Just ask the person, usually it is a woman, what value a woman can bring into your life ? Then watch her hamster. Usually answers like companionship and the if you push her sex.

For the companionship, I told her well I have dogs. She replied, well a dog can't talk to you. I said, judging by the level of the conversation I am having with you. I am not missing much.

I finished the conversation with, so in your case, the only value you seem to offer is sex. She then hamstered for a while which was funny. Then she wandered away.
