I personally can't fucking wait for 2 things: 1. The 8 figure defamation suit leveled against her and all the others afterwards. 2. The oh so long memory he's going to have against the democrats when he's sitting on the bench.

This is literally the only way this shit is going to stop is if he she gets sued to kingdom come.
I mean even if she is a rape victim, she chose to wait 30 years to bring justice, long after all the evidence would disappear. She is still doing something wrong because it's totally unproveable at this point. If its unproveable she is basically wasting tax payer dollars that could go to a lot of other things, not to mention making it harder for other rape victims.
Sorry, if it wasn't important enough for you to seek justice for 3/5ths of your life and then its not important enough now.

good result. in fact no, it was a great result. The acting skills of the woman involved was very good. much better than anything seen in Hollywood for years.

Not if you watch it a second and third time, her body language tells a story, one that she's a bad actor. Second, she's not recalling any trauma here, just recalling a story that's been pretty rehearsed.

The million bucks she got from saps (and possibly DNC slush funds) can pay for a lot of protective padding, or failing that a lot of reconstructive surgery.
The nomination process has always been a farce; they have the votes, and the only weak link is possibly Flake who looks like he's had the old 'there's a grassy knoll waiting for you if you don't do what you're told' speech from the Deep State types.
Frustratingly, the nomination process will actually be the least annoying part of this process. Once he gets put in place at the SC, then comes the endless claims that the process was rigged somehow and that there needs to be endless investigations in order to 'get to the bottom of it'.
Basically it'll be a microcosm of what they've been doing to Trump since he got elected; they're so trapped in the bubble and unwilling to accept reality that they'll just dig the hole they're in deeper and deeper until nobody will vote for them because they act like your mentally ill uncle who thinks every bad thing in life is because the 'goddamn CIA is after me'.
If there was any part of me that still thought of voting Dem, this moment in history dragged it behind the woodshed and put it out of it's misery.
The worst part of all of this is that once he's nominated, I guarantee within a year he'll have become the deciding vote on some ruling that ends up being a huge win for the common man, the same way Kennedy was thought to be some heartless bastard by the left until he basically saved the ACA by rewriting parts of it to be legally compatible. The moment the average American sees that his manufactured public impression by the left was just hogwash, all of this nonsense will disappear amongst the population, and it'll just be Dems spinning their wheels.

I would have agreed with that last part prior to Trump's election, but we're two years deep and loads of people are still going off like Hitler became supreme chancelor of the U.S.A.

What you're referring to is the vocal minority; I'm referring to the silent majority.

It has begun. Feinstein already started to throw her under the bus on Friday evening.
