The narrative teaches kids in school that women are goddesses and the worth of a man is based on female validation.

So you get only chads and incels, neither of the two live to their full potential as men. The only ones gaining from it are women.

Not much can be done without personally knowing the person. It's really just a very weak mindset and allowing others to identify who you feel you are. I have a hard time withdrawing sympathy from my sympathy bank when some dude offs himself over some gash. It's sad, to be sure, but it's not something to make me stop my own progress. Life is like war. When someone next to you goes down, you have to stay focused and keep moving ahead.
