I tried myself to go nofap multiple times, it's always a question of time until I end up doing it anyway. But I have to admit that it helped me grow a little distant towards women and sex. The urges are there but as more times past and no matter how many times I fail in between, I also see a rise in don't giving a f... about sex. It's now become just a thing that I do (not even sex just jerking off) when I really have a big urge to do so. But sex as a whole is not so present anymore in my life and in my head. Allowing me to have more time and space for other things, improving skills or learning new ones in various areas. Also what changes over time is that you really lose the famous brain fog... Only guys that try it understand what I mean.

I know a lot of guys make fun of nofap guys (and maybe even here in this group?) but trust me there are more guys doing it, than the ones admitting it. Wish you good luck and a lot of happiness. I know what it means to go through it...

I tried that nofap and it worked for about 6 months and then i had prostate issues and i couldnt pee. So i fapped again two times back to back and it cleared my pipes and everythings went good again.

After about a week i had the same issue of needing to pee as soon i got done peeing and it’d just drip out. So i fapped twice in one day back to back and it went away again. So be careful with the nofap thing.

I dont fap just to fap. I fap to clean my pipes. My load hardened up and i think was blocking the line from closing all the way or something 😂
