I will tell you this - it takes some time but it really does get a LOT better - I'm a couple year in and this year was one of the best of my life because it is the very first time that I am the center of my own life. Even when I was single it was a continual search for pussy and it derailed everything else.

Get your health together - exercise, eat right - get rid of all the shit you really do not need - and do NOT talk to her. You're dead to her, she should be dead to you. Make a list of all the shit you always wanted to do / try and start beavering away.

The funny thing, after 3months of her gone.......i cleaned out some wardrobes and found my old wedding tux. It actually fit better than then. Physically, I'm on top of the world.....but I still have work to do on the other😉
