To give more credibility to his claims, I've been a porn addict for a decade now. Just recently went on a 4 day no-fap streak and let me tell you, everything he says is true.

When I would fap, afterwards I would be tired as hell, drained, couldn't think properly or with the same level of analysis that I could before I fapped, had weird sleeping patterns, couldn't fall asleep, felt weak physically and was in an overall extremely numb mood. The only things that I could feel aside from gray nothingness was pain and bordeom. Nothing was exciting. Hell, the nut would only last for a maximum of 2-3 seconds of bliss for 2 days of what I typed above.

You may be different, but for people like me, abstaining from relese is making my life worth living again.

My overall mood has changed and I have a lot more energy. I get good sleep and feel fantastic in the morning. No coffee or anything... just raw awakening.

Try it out for a few days, you'll see results.
