Hey everyone,

Just wanted to ask you guys for some advice and feedback. A little off topic but I’m trying to see if I am competitive enough for the job market. I’ve been noticing people who go to college for useless degrees, along with amassing large quantities of debt.

Basically I just wanted to know if I can relax or should I kick it in high gear to be more competitive.

A little bit about me, I’m 29 in my junior/senior year of college, military vet currently majoring in international relations, looking for a job with the federal government, did a little security gig for a couple of months this past summer which I included in my resume. Now I’m just a full time student trying to focus on finishing my degree.

So my question now is am I competitive enough for the job market? Or should I do an internship before I graduate or something along those lines?
