The real issue is not that the harassment happens or even some people being sensitive to it. The real issue is that the harassment is a known quantity of the industry and if they can’t handle it they can quit any time. Problem solved.

In a way it’s the same advice for budding MGTOW. If the situation sucks acknowledge the truth and go your own way
