I was just thinking...

How are child support and alimony debtor's prisons and the family law wealth redistribution system any different than Soviet Gulags? Why is a prison sentence acceptable for a debtor who owes a completely fabricated debt,in a nation where Debtor's Prisons were specifically outlawed under the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution in 1833?

And no. I'm not saying a father shouldn't be obligated in some way to financially care for his kids, but from experience, what is going on here is something entirely different. Its total propaganda and smoke and mirrors and cup tricks.

Most of these women were essentially bribed by the state to leave their partners and take the children, again with the help of what is essentially state sponsored kidnapping. The Men are then assigned child support and/or alimony which is many times in excess the actual cost of taking care of the children or an ex wife. Your options as a man are essentially pay up and live in functional poverty or fall behind and get locked up.

Why does essentially no one point out that this practice is specifically illegal under US Federal law? But the Government does it anyway...

What gives? Why are illegal aliens, welfare recipients and violent felons being given preferential treatment in this country over our working men and fathers?

Why is it acceptable to lock up a father who had every intention of raising his family at price point $X, but instead had his family taken away and in it's place was assigned a support obligation of $XXXX, who then fell behind,can't afford anything, even driving to see his kids or buy them anything or take time off work.......and then reward the mother with money and praise for taking the bribe.
