Use the domain registrar Njalla. There is a caveat which is this:

What separates Njalla from traditional domain name registration services?

We're not actually a domain name registration service, we're a customer to these. We sit in between the domain name registration service and you, acting as a privacy shield. When you purchase a domain name through Njalla, we own it for you. However, the agreement between us grants you full usage rights to the domain. Whenever you want to, you can transfer the ownership to yourself or some other party.

As for the WHOIS details for the domain (stuff like the name, address, phone number etc. you are referring to) Njalla masks that data with their own details so technically when you register the domain you could just give false details or if you want, give details of offshore countries like the Cayman Islands which I did for my domain. Anyone trying to find you by your domain name will hit a dead end because the WHOIS data is masked with Njalla's details instead of yours.

However doing this, there's always that small risk of ICANN finding out however I've had my domain for a few years now and nothing has happened but YMMV. Also if this domain of yours becomes prominent enough then the risk of the false details being find out increases but you should be okay.

At this moment in time you don't need an anonymous post office box but again, this all depends on ICANN detecting false registration information.
